- are initially held on Zoom… then in real world if participants want
- go for about 1.5 hours
- have a maximum of 8 participants
- are a safe and respectful space in which to speak & be heard
- are held & guided by a trained facilitator
- give everyone between 2 & 5 minutes to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences on a topic
