• ideally Next Level Conversations are in the real world at a time and place suiting all participants. Otherwise, conversations are on Zoom;
• maximum 8 participants
• an experienced facilitator maintains a safe and respectful environment
• each participant gets 2-5 minutes to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences on a topic
• all conversations are free
